Tour Package Reservation
- All tour packages are available daily for private tours unless specified.
- Reservations can be made online through our website.
- All prices include applicable taxes and surcharges.
- Advance booking is required, at least 1 day before for day tours.
- A full payment is required to confirm your reservation.
- Confirmation will be sent via email upon receipt of the payment.
Destination Reservation
Full payment is required to confirm destination reservations. Cancellation policies apply, and rates may change during peak seasons. For inquiries, email: hello@adtocebu.fun.
Price Policy
Package rates are per person and inclusive of taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice, and additional charges may apply. No hidden fees. Same rule applies for destinations
Payment Methods
- Online payments (credit cards, debit cards, PayPal)
Bookings are only confirmed after payment is received.
Cancellations and Refunds
Bookings canceled 24 to 48 hours before travel will receive a full refund. Refunds may take 5-7 business days afte verification.
No refunds for cancellations due to missed flights or denied immigration. Refunds do not apply to unused services or changes during the tour.
No Sightseeing Policy
We cannot guarantee the appearance of wildlife or weather conditions. Transportation fees are non-refundable.
Rescheduling a Booking
It is NOT supported. You need to cancel your existing booking and ask for refund.
